• Trade Game showed good ability in his first preparation early in 2026, as a 3yo, finishing third on debut at Oakbank (4th April) over 1050 metres (Sat metro $50k maiden), beaten 1.8 lengths, before winning his maiden at Morphettville (17th April) over 1050 metres in a $50,000 Maiden Plate on a Heavy 10 track.


• He then finished fourth at Balaklava (2nd May) over 1050 metres, beaten 2.6 lengths, before being given a break. He returned with a third in a recent jump-out and then resumed Saturday 3rd October at Murray Bridge - "metro $50k BM64" - over 1100 metres, where he raced amongst them and finished around four lengths from the winner. It was a solid first-up effort and should bring him on nicely.


• Latest run 03/10 was only the second preparation of his career, so he’s still relatively untapped. He’s race fit, has had the benefit of a recent jump-out and is ready to go on with. There’s enough there to suggest he can continue to progress with the right placement.


• If you're after a sprinter who can race up on the pace or sit off them, then this horse is worthy of your serious consideration.
